My Garden Rocks

April 23, 2017by Robyn Haynes 28 Comments

It really does! Alright, I admit that’s probably a subjective view. In fact, I’ve rarely seen a garden that doesn’t ‘rock’ in my eyes. Seriously though, rocks have a place in […]

April 14, 2017by Robyn Haynes 21 Comments

It’s tadpole time again! After the recent deluge we had in the wake of Tropical Cyclone Debbie, the drainage pools opposite my daughter’s house filled up. The grand-children watched hopefully, […]

Robyn Haynes

Robyn enthusiastically pursues a green and writerly life on the north coast of New South Wales, Australia, where her background as a doctor of social anthropology equips her with an interesting slant on the human condition. She spends much time indulging a passion for her garden where she ponders life and attempts to stave off existential angst. In her more reflective moments she makes wry observations on courtyard gardening and its parallels with life.
